For myself it was well worth the investment. I get a great car in a series that I enjoy which runs smooth and fast. 

Having something unique that will last for years if I take care of it. 

Some spend a lot more, some less on a toy car. All depends on what you want and are willing to invest in.

For decals look at SLIXX.COM these are for 1/24th scale but many of them can fit 1/32.
