I have to admit. I still dearly love and adore the Valiant Charger. To own, my choice would be the Six Pack, easier to live with and they're getting so hard to come by these days. Pink wrapper are NC5, which was the replacement for the NC2 and has recently been replaced by the NC14, I think.

The slightly lower revs and torque on the NC2 makes them a brilliant rally motor for proxy cars. Just a little less twitchy than the 5.

Someone challenged me to find an angle at which it looks less than pretty. I think the only angle that would do that would be looking straight down on it, if it was battered and broken into pieces on the floor.

Nothing quite like the downhill run on the Black Spur in a Charger with dead brakes. Definite freckle pucker time. Even after surviving that I still love them. Ahhh....
