Lou - about 20-30 hours for most of my 25 figure batches. Phil - Same boat. I cast a bunch and it was brutal. Once the molds died, I gave that up. Bill - I prime with Duplicolor Automotive Primer/Filler. After a coat or two, I'll lightly sand to see what needs to be filled. I've not had any issues thus far with any shrinking.
