Re: Scalextrix IROC Camaro Behind the Scenes

Thanks for the info.

I’d be happy with the bright solid colors they were as well as the fake sponsors and a space in the doors for us to decal the names on.

If not, full fakes are fine. Like the Montes, they look perfect at speed!

Re: Thread to share 3d files

To speed that up a little - I just picked up a 2nd Ender3. http://rmsresins.com/pics/3d/rmsprinters.jpg Interestingly, it has the new firmware and a...

Here you are Phil: http://homeracingworld.us/viewtopic.php ... ge#p234807

Re: 1970 Pontiac Trans Am Update 4/10

Mold on a model...can't tell you how many times I've seen that. NASTY! The re-done interior looks great! I have always loved this car. Everytime Rich posts the picture of his I get nostalgic! One of my first resins if I recall. I made two: http://rmsresins.com/uploads/3/5/0/7/35074310/2211997_orig.j...

Re: Bogus PayPal Message

Ah, cyber security. I know a few things: 1) NEVER click any link. A good bank, etc. will never ask for credentials via a link in an email to you. 2) ALWAYS go direct to the bank's or shopping website to ensure you're connecting to who you think you are. 3) ALWAYS monitor your bank accounts. If you c...

Re: Playing with figures!

Lou - about 20-30 hours for most of my 25 figure batches. Phil - Same boat. I cast a bunch and it was brutal. Once the molds died, I gave that up. As for the quality, I've talked about it before - I'm completely happy with everything I've printed!!! Paul - thanks! Watch all you want - I'll make more!

Re: Working with a 3D body

Phil - it is rapidly evolving!

Bill - I prime with Duplicolor Automotive Primer/Filler. After a coat or two, I'll lightly sand to see what needs to be filled. I've not had any issues thus far with any shrinking.
