Well I am behind as usual, but it will happen.

That looks great, the chassis is really nicely done and simple.

I'll use Steelies on mine because given this series:

Looking great Dave! These will be a lot of fun when we get them together!
And Harry, I think the new SCC steelies are a great choice for these.I like them the best of all my builds so far.Image

So what are the steelie wheel sizes frt/rear ? What is the source/size for the tires? Inquirying minds need to know. I have several of these kits that are only waiting on proper wheels/tires.
Thanks,
Tom

Not to hijack Daves thread, but here is the link to the wheels
http://www.slotcarcorner.com/Scratch-Building-c116/ The tires are Daves own, but PG makes some that work great too. And here is the link to my modification.

OK thanks. So those aren't CB 1/32 wheels then...They are the ribless CB 1/24th scale cut down to width needed and the O.D. is all one size.right? So anyone know what PGT to fit front and rear? Should be two separate sizes since the wheel diameters are the same.Right?
Thanks,
Me Again

Nice bar work Dave! its a lot of tedious work, but it sure pays off in the looks department. And helps protect the body a good bit too. This ones going to be a real looker when finished.
