Any from your home town, this one from here in Kansas City...Jerry Weld was one of the three racing Weld brothers that were mentored by their father, Taylor “Pappy” Weld.

The number 8th guy on this list, Danny Johnson, is a very good dirt modified driver in the NY, NJ, PA area, and always a contender. Having attended a few hundred races he's been in, it would be wrong to say Danny has a short fuse, I don't think he has a fuse at all. Whereas some drivers bide their time and save their equipment through the early phases of a race, Danny is all out all the time. One time in Super Dirt Series in PA he was way out front and kept driving so hard he eventually clipped the outside wall and lost the race, when no one had a chance to catch him.

Fans either love him or hate him, and his car owners must cry themselves to sleep many a night.
