This a great subject that really needed to be covered - Great use of the unique prototyping capabilities of 3D printing. I really like this toy.
I think there is a nod here or a hint to the customer that this needs to be taken further. The lattice work in the chassis can not be an accident or coincidence. It seems like the working vacuum fans need to be put to use.
I think 'tuning' this car will involve adding some thin plastic 'skirts' and blocking or ducting that suction to some of the chassis holes/lattice.
There was an inexpensive RC toy car, a merchandise tie-in with the Cars movie, that used suction to actually run on a ceiling. Air Hogs Finn McMissile. It was a light weight toy but it did use fan operated suction to run up walls and even across ceilings upside down!
Not saying you can get that level of 'stick' but there may be some fun had trying to get a magnet traction effect with this Little Sucker. Also it might keep the slot clean of small debris!
