Help me with tires; chassis ID and flags

The 1/8" guide won't work on that 3/16" guide tongue.

#1 is a Dynamic chassis with Dynamic rear wheels. Any threaded wheels will work. There are a number of modern guide flags that will work. Paul Gage makes tires for darn near anything so you should be OK.

#2 is the Strom GT, and I don't think you can get those long bladed guide flags anymore. You can try some vintage suppliers but your best bet is probably putting in a pin or converting to using a modern guide flag.

#3 is a Revell ladder chassis with an old Mabuchi motor and what looks to be no motor mount brackets (probably why the motor won't stay in the chassis).

#4 is the original Strom chassis that goes with the Jaguar body in picture #3. Press on rear wheels on splined axles so new rears means new axles first unless you get new Strom wheels off eBay.

:text-welcomewave: TowerofPowerDavid :) save the cost of a guide for your Dynamic Models chassis and PM your contact info.. we'll get you set-up so you can run it. What track do you plan on running it on? These guide are deep slot guides BTW so for wood tracks primarily, not home set tracks.
The Revell ladder chassis came with a different motor originally, much smaller and had an endbell bracket and a can bracket, one at each end to stiffen and stabilize the chassis and motor together. I sold lots of that vintage stuff, kept some and turned the rest into cash to support my modern slot car habit. IMHO, what you got there is cars that even when they are running good, aren't all that great. If I'm able to locate any of the other parts you're looking for I'll be happy :D to send them your way.
