carrera d jag rear axle install

Ok, so I shouldn't have taken it apart. Does anyone have the secret to putting the plastic bearings back in a carrera D jag? Or should I just invest in new bearings, rear axle, wheels, gears and motor. Would like to keep it as stock as possible since I have 4 other versions (and the budget is VERY small.

Well they should just snap in place. Do you have the older version with the "square" type bushings though?

Harry, it is the square ones. Giving me a bit of a hard time.

Yes, they can be stubborn. I need a magnifier sometimes to get them lined up before putting the cover on. If you cannot get it, I'll happily offer to do it here for you.

Thanks for the kind offer,I'll keep plugging away at it fornow, have to dig around the basement and find my big magnifier to better line them up. Glad to hear it's not all my old eyes and old fingers.
