easy chassis for the 49 Ford

Tried a few different chassis under the old 49 to see what would be a good RTR fit, with little modification. Lucked up on a Carrera Chevelle unit. 3 1/2" wheelbase is dead on, and it even has independent front wheels and lights!. I added the 57 chevy chrome wheels and wide whites. Could be digital also.

The chrome reverse wheels look great. Not much into street cars, but a street type car with those wheels ??? DAAAAAANG

Thanks Guys, This one has made me wish i had used something other than a Blem body. It was one i just could not toss, but really wasnt good enough to build. It will be a car for newbies to run, and just a general beater for fun. I looked for a chassis like this so i could build a couple of them for this purpose. And of course you just cant beat Carrera for a bullet proof chassis.
