Looks like some of our friends on the East Coast are getting hit pretty hard. Steve at SCC called and my youngest Anthony stationed in VA sent me video of him walking through huge snow drifts.

You folks out there doing all right?

It’s tropical here compared to last week. No snow and temps in mid 20s.

4" at my place and still falling in the Land of Pleasant Living. Did I mention Taxes?

Got a good 6" here (NH) at 4 pm, and it's still coming down pretty good. Sounds like we'll be getting around 10 or so before it's over...
A good time to work on some drag cars... :D

Old Virginny is white and frigid. Going down to 8F tonight. Saturday will be 1 (one) degree. AAAAUUUUGGGGHHHH!!!!

There's about a foot of snow here (Middleton, MA) and it's supposed to continue until 8 - 9 PM. Winds aren't too bad. My anemometer frequently reads 25 mph, but not much higher. I'm about 20 miles inland. Winds are much higher on the coast.

With all the talk about a Bomb Cyclone, I've been watching my barometer. Scientific American stated that the barometric pressure should reach 960 millibars during a Bomb Cyclone.

Right now it's at 975 millibars (28.8") so it might not make it that low. Bomb or no Bomb, it's quite a storm.

I realise this is not what you meant, but here in the Cooper Basin in South Australia it's 108 in the shade.

Yeah man, foot without the drifts, wind is still building them on the roofs.
At least it felt good out there at almost 20f.

The storm ended at 7 PM here in East Haven, CT. It was very windy all day, that swept the snow off of most of the roofs in my neighborhood. Somebody drove a large truck into my driveway which packed the snow down and caused a two foot drift, but I recon that I got 11 inches of snow.

Well I sure happy I'm living in the Banana Belt this time around high of 48 sure sounds a hole lot warmer than what you guys are dealing on the other coast. I'm sure it is only a matter of time before it all turns to dog doo doo in my parts. stay warm guys and dont eat the yellow snow

Clear and cold in Nashville. Hasn't been above freezing for the last 5 days. Forecast says we will crack the freezing mark on Sunday and get a heatwave of 42 degrees. Lows have been in the single digits all week. Currently 14 degrees low will be 12.

Those with snow be careful and stay safe.

I managed to get home from Dulles before flights were cancelled.
Switzerland was much warmer with lots more snow than home here in the STL Metro Area.
Only slot car stuff I came across were lots of Carrera at the toy store.
