I did reboot my router, that takes a while, but it did not fix the problem. When I called Frontier there was a recorded message that they were having problems with the transition and that also suggested a reboot. I only had partial service for a day or so, by last night things seemed to be back to normal, but the Frontier problems were on the local news. People that operate a business via the Internet were not happy.
