Pelican patrol-- update
Posted: Sat May 09, 2015 2:37 pmWell, so far, we have 4 1/32 scale pelicans delivered and safe. It seems there was a collectible set of animals in 1/32 scale years ago. Sure enough, everything I have acquired so far has been one of theirs. 'Britains' was the manufacturer. They all have to be repainted as brown pelicans, but that's no trouble. When I finally get the flying ones I'll be all set. Cypress knobs, tin-roofed shacks, alligators, pelicans, questionable ladies with trailers, levees, timber low bridges, and I'm considering a beer sign. The last thing will be bateaux and pirogues, maybe a few Cajun "sportsmen".
