Revamp of an ol' hill climb...Moonshiners Ridge

Postby ourwayband » Sat May 23, 2015 1:51 pm

Some of you ol' timers may remember this build from several years ago on the old forum. If not,a two lane track that was made from a single sheet of MDF.Wanted the spacing to handle just about an 1/32 car.Traded off some years ago to Bibbster.Well now it has come back home due to some more buddy trading.I plan on getting it into the house,a good clean up,update the scenery and doing some running..
A little track that was and still should be fun.

I remember that track, obviously well built that guardrail I questioned looks like it held up just fine. You guys must be driving too slow :liar:

Got her set up temporally in the garage, cleaned off and powered..Forgot how much fun this little track is..I'll get some pictures once we get her in the house..Still in pretty good shape as far as the tape and all..Neat thing about it,she really likes the vintage Carrera Stockers..I know they never ran on any thing like this, but looks kinda cool seeing that Detroit Muscle sliding around the curves..Maybe they are reverting back to what they started out as,shine running..
