Can't see any of the pictures. Loved the descriptions, but would like to see the results.

I can see them just fine. Using windows 7 and Chrome, with the PHOTOBUCKET EMBED FIX . Not sure if these are photobucket pictures, that is just what I am using.

If I right click on the image icon and select 'Open in another Tab' I can see the photo on a link from slotcarillustrated.com. The scenery is amazingly realistic - great work.

Here's my try at reinserting the address on one of the tabs which I can see during preview:

Can other people see what slothead posted? Maybe I haven't posted enough to be allowed to post pictures? I checked the insert commands and its the same as what slothead posted.

Yeah maybe it’s a Photobucket thing... I don’t see a single image either and since I got rid of them and totally deleted them from any device I have maybe that’s why we’re not seeing anything...JMO!!

Slothead saved me. I just right clicked and did "view image" and got every one of them, one at a time. I choose to blame SCI. But then, I blame SCI for lots of things. Especially pissy, uncooperative things. HA!

I really love the scenery. The cliff looks like part of the coast of Ireland. Just imagine it never stops raining and you got it. And Guinness, of course. Lots of Guinness.

Truly amazing detail on those cliffs and all around scenery. I've totally put off doing any scenery work on my road course, but this is inspiring.

My back stretch is about 8" above the track surface in front of it so I need some sort of similar solution. Shelby-Hendrix Speedway is imagined to exit in northern California near the redwood forests so I need to incorporate some huge trees into the look too.

For others shying away from adding scenery I can tell you from my oval track experience, racing on a track that looks real is a blast and more than makes up for the time and effort. Any model railroad guy will tell you building the layout is where most of the fun is.

Me Mum is English so a lot of the track was inspired by what I saw there growing up when my brothers and I were sent over during our summer vacations.

And WE LOVE Guinness!!!

As far as the landscaping goes, research really helped me. the cliff is just broken and stacked ceiling tiles from work. The facilities guys were throwing them out after changing them due to water stains. all I did was break them into the the rough shapes I wanted and glue them as I stacked. And if you make a mistake is super easy just to add more and change the shape. If I had know it before I never would have put it off so long.
