That looks great! And I have something similar on my home track. but I do have a question. Has anyone tried using eye-bolts instead of regular bolts so pointy things are not sticking out?

A small eye bolt could be used if you plan to mount the driver station on a vertical surface. A simpler, and less costly, solution might be to place a cap nut (acorn nut) over each of the posts.
