Is this Bruce's friends' group? It sure is a Cadillac compared to his little oval that got so much traffic!

Just the other night, I hosted a youth slot car night. I had eleven kids show up with their parents, some had raced before, others had not. We used my routed digital track running Carrera digital electronics, Carrera NASCAR COT cars and Bruce Yingling's software. Dave Kennedy of Carrera of America generously donated door prizes.

I added some controller holders to Thunder Road, they are cup holders used to on shopping carts. I just had to cut the hook off and screw them to the frame work. The cord fits through an opening in the bottom and plugs into the remote extension socket.

Slick idea to pass the cord through the holder! It definitely would make returning them to the cup both easier and more of a natural move.
