Part one of my two tone is done. Now I need to tape it off and spray part two. :) still need to find decals but I'm thinking Thursday I can pick some up from one of the guys I race with.

Putting the second color down tonight on my two tone. Hoping tomorrow to get the decals on and cleared before I leave for deer hunting for ten days. When I get back I plan on finishing the interior and mounting the body :). Where is everyone else at in their builds? I'm pretty excited seeing how this is by first build for a proxy/fun run :)

I started tonight. 1st chassis finished, doing a "double shot" build this time.

Fun to be back building again.

Nothing to brag about but sponsors on and two tone done. Now I'll clear it later this week.

Thanks guys. I did more work on my chassis tonight. Moved the guide forward a bit no more chatter! Can't wait to send it out and see what you all think of my first build. We should do a points system to see where we all stack up. I'm sure I'll be at the back of the pack but it will be fun. I'm hoping to learn from this.

Gameover;

That looks awesome! There is now no way anyone will confuse to two 60 Plymouths. I replaced a broken guide and filed the holder a bit. I have the proper motor and CBD wheels coming so I hope they get here before I have to send it. A bit of tuning time would be good also. As it is, it handles well, but is not very fast.

I promised my fury wouldn't look like any one else's lol. Still a lot of work to do to mine yet. I'll be gone in the north woods for ten days so when I get home I'll have to get cracking. I also have to do breaks on my 1:1 car as I loose my company truck after turkey day for a few months. Then I need to finish my saufets and facia.

Rats. There goes my hot idea about the guide. It didn't come out the way I wanted, so now I have to go try again. Phooey- I mean, good for you! Nice work! (rats... more work to do)

Harry,

Do you have a detailed tutorial on here for how you build your brass chassis design?

Thanks!
