How about an adaptor to put an "S" can in place of an FK180 motor, such as in an anglewinder chassis?

It would have to be along the same lines as what you are showing for the 1:24 Carrera "S" can adaptor.

I would consider that as my Christmas present from you!

Clever but one still has to buy the motor, wouldn't it be easier to just buy another FK-180?

Very cool guys, I'm sick of my 24 scale Carreras sitting on the shelf.

Now this is a good idea. Been a long day...how I missed this is beyond me.

Allowing folks to drop in a wide variety of 12 volt based motors in these models will just make them more appealing for many.

I wonder what a 26K H&R Cobra would feel like on Razor Jon's "little" track? :)

I bought five Auto Art motors two weeks ago to repower my Carrera 1/24 cars.

Well, I bought my first 1/24 car. Audi R8 Team Phoenix with the black widow spider. Wanted something I didn't have in 1/32. I will post once I add the new motor adapter. I also have some tires coming from Paul. Should be fun.

Great idea and great product. The install was easy and works like a champ. Also, the gear mesh was a lot smoother with the adapter. I would like to add this adapter/idea for our annual award.

Does the video have sound?

Yup, definitely has sound. Bibbster gives a pretty thorough description throughout the video. If you have some problems, you can PM me and I can help you work out any codec issues you might have. :)

I gotta tell ya after reading all the above I ordered one of these to try.
I used it for one of the (34 fords) Hot Rods ... the black one with the green flames.
I love these cars but never used them because of the motor.

I didn't watch the video, probably should have but anyway using one of my many Carrera 32nd scale motors I started.
With the car all back together & about 30 minutes of track time on the car I love it!

I really want to thank you guys for this product, it's gotta be the best $5.00 bucks I've spent in a long time.
