Harry, glad you brought up this tire. It is a good tire and it just looks right on the cars.
I have converted over all but two sets of H-R wheels to these and they will be soon. Does anyone know of a wheel without tire that is available that will fit these tires. I have looked at Pauls tire listing to see if there is another tire that is this size that a stand alone wheel is available, but didn't see any. any ideas?

Man I am behind.

Not really. The H&R/Pro-Tracks usually all come with foams. I found some on the bay a few times that were used and I just peeled the foams off.
