Tall Tires for Tall Wheels

I wound up ordering a set of Penelope Pitlane PPVR01 wheels, inserts and matching tires. They just don't seem to sell what I want for these projects on this side of the pond. :violin:

Thanks for getting back after all of this time MIke. It's been awhile. I wound up getting a set of 16.5 X 7' insert wheels from SCC and tires from Paul Gage.
