SCX Guide Conversion

Hello all

somewhere I read about converting the SCX guide to a normal guide.

can't find where now - I have a fair idea what to do but thought it might be useful to read what others have done

anyone got a suggestion or link to an article

The same B-Nova kit (GM-002) for the Carrera cars will also work for most SCX cars. You just don't use the ring that comes in the kit.
You also have to do some cutting to get the round hole before mounting the B-Nova adaptor.

will order some B-Nova stuff

I ended up putting a guide from a busted Ninco chassis in the car. Cut of the circle where the SCX guide went - and JB Welded the Ninco guide in - car runs so all is good. Might even post a photo later
