I just got back from the Monterey Historics at Laguna Seca .It was three days of just about every class of vintage racing cars from 1916 through the late 1980's. Trans AM, Can Am, IMSA, FIA, USSRC, Formula Juniors through Formula 1. I saw a bunch of the real examples of many slot cars that I own and others that I don't own but recognize thanks to HRW. We had a luxury box over the pits where they wined us and dined us free of charge. It was quite a weekend. I have pics but I am dog tired. I'll post a few tomorrow or the next day.
