Trade up

Postby Gameover » Fri Nov 21, 2014 2:51 pm

Just got back from visiting Carrie at carreraslots.com. They are in my home town lucky me :). I traded in the last of my 1/43 track and controllers and got these babies!

The charger squad car is for my 4 year old for Christmas (it was his first choice out of all the cars carreraslots has). The other two are for me :) and the kiddos too of course!

If you haven't done business with Carrie yet I highly recommend doing so!

Thanks Carrie!!!

Ya I don't have that option on the 4 lane yet. I need to get my pm hooked up to it. For now I tape a tire behind the trigger for my 2 year old daughter lol. My two boys just crash and learn they need to get their own cars and in order to race more crash less :)

A trick for little kids and slots. If they have their own plastic track, put a short piece of Scotch tape on one rail just before the turn. It won't be really noticeable, but will cut the power at the braking point just enough so kids can learn to drive with less car fetching.

Ya I haven't gotten that far yet. I've been busy at work and deer hunting. I'm off today and spent the day gathering all my 1/43 stuff to trade now I'm playing a game of madden then a concert tonight :)

Need to get my tracks finished though.
