Simply awesome! I like your mounting method - I don't think I have seen that before.

Came up with that awhile back while working on a 36 ford body. Body was very skinny
and no room for sticky tape needed another way to mount the body.

Finished up the rear bumper and framework around the fuel cell. Added some support

Need to start the front end and build a hood to get a better idea of what it will look
like.

All for now

Started working up a hood. While doing so a couple problems arouse.
One, the notch for gear clearance looked to big and second the gear was
was higher than the hood so a work around was needed.
The solution turned out to just build a small cowl to help hide the gear.

The cowl not only helps to hide the gear but also gives the hood a better look.
It will look better with a set of injectors sticking out of the hood.
Hood is still rough, more work to do yet.

All for now

After some slack time, got back to work on the 40. Cut a hole in the hood for
the injectors and cut the injectors down some and built some air filters out
of some round stock and put them on top.

Driver is cleaned up and injectors need some clean up yet so they can be painted.
Progress is slow but getting there.

More later

Got back to work on the 40 after some set backs.
Finished the front bumper and added a center piece
to it.

Also started working on some shocks for the front. One side is build still need
to do the other side. Made from a paper clip, some drilled out rod for the caps
and a G-Plus brush spring.

Hope the other side turns out as well.

You make me want to go through my resin rejects and re-purpose some as your style modified. Love all your cars
