2 new Minis ...

I want to show you my latest projects, the Minis have just been finished.

The bodies came from 2 RC Monster trucks from the bay. Chassis are printed motorpod chassis for H0 box motors, motors are from slotdirect.co.uk, tires from CarGo.

The Minis are running really, really well, best lap times have been 9.5 seconds on lane 1. The gears on the red one are smoother than on the #105, maybe i did not drill them as good.

















Do you think i already got enough Minis? (One is not pictured, it´s currently in the garage for fresh tires)?



Next project? Vac-formed JCW :D :D :D

it runs so smooth that you have to like it. so why not use it in a mini :)

the rear part of the chassis is painted black with a marker, so it doesn´t show up that much. Only for optics.
The motor wire (braid) comes from Slotbox in Germany, it´s 2x 0,35mm2 and super flexible silicone coated.

If you can make my real '06 R53 drift around corners like your slots, you are a real genuis! :dance: From a fellow MINI driver, your new build chassis and setup 'look' correct, with wheel spacing, tires, everything. Very nicely presented. Look at your collection too, wonderful.
