Mount the body and T-n-T time. I was hoping for under 100 grams without any weight. And I can't find another gram to take off the body let alone five. So guess I'll settle for that. Still lighter than the Maverick though.

Trying something little different for mounts other than tubes. 1/4" styrene angle drilled for SCC body post kit. Just need to put some ca on then hot glue. May be my new way of mounting.

From the bench to the track. Quick very smooth and stable in the corners. Just a little tail happy coming out of corners but very drivable. Could be the gearing. Little weight tuning will probably fix it. Chassis works great. :dance:

I meant to ask - how does the L angle work to allow you to mount the body? But, I think I have my answer having re-read your post; it joins to the SCC body post kit. Looks like a neat way to do it. I need to read posts more carefully..............
