New visitor to HRW - What a great day

That's the plan. He is coming over Sunday to race the HO's and is bringing some track with him. Not sure if it is 32 or 24, but he is loaning it out to reel me in. Ya like that is a hard thing to do. Should give me some ideas on how the cars react to different situations.

We have to work out the picture thing.

Harry, what's the 22nd. look like for you? Would you and the wife be interested in a trip out for the 500?

Tom brought over the 1/24 track and some cars when he came over to race the HO cars today. When we got done with the planed racing we set it up on top of the HO track. We put together a simple 2 lane oval about 8' long and it seemed as if everyone really liked it. Not all of the guys made it, but the people the did had fun playing with the larger cars and could see the allure. Tom and I are going to get together and see what we can put together for next weekend's Daytona 500 event. I will work on cars to see if I can get them running a little more reliably as well as power, controllers, and timing for the loaner track. I would think that everyone will make it for the 500 so I should have a good feel for the groups feeling towards the possibility of switching scales. I'll keep you posted.
