Crazy day at Smith Scale Speedway with wreck fests, equipment issues, and delayed races. However, some of these series are shaping up to be better than ever.
In the Riverside Late Models, Luis Smith notched his first victory squeezing out two more laps than the three drivers finishing on the same lap in 2nd through 4th. 4 drivers are now separated by a total of one point in the championship standings. New points leader Luis Smith and Jeremy Blood each have 53 points (Luis' win breaks the tie), while Adele Smith and Megan Blood each have 52 points.
In the Bombers, Steve Smith avoided the wreck fest in each race, coasting to victory twice.
Jeremy Blood got his first Pro Stock win of the year, making that 3 different winners in 4 races. Steve Smith maintains a slim 2 point lead over Jim Rhodes.
The Midgets are turning into a two car duel with Jeremy Blood and Luis Smith trading wins. In three races, they have finished first and second every time. Jeremy Has two wins to Luis' one, giving him the lead.
