The VW Bug Challenge was a very competitive race, except for Luis Smith stinking up the show as he won by 7 laps. The next three cars all finished on the same lap. Megan Blood looked like the car to beat until a mechanical failure took her out. This is going to be an exciting series to watch.
The Indy Roadsters look like a repeat of the Midgets. Jeremy Blood got the win, a few laps ahead of Steve Smith and Luis Smith. The cars were flying as the open wheelers tangled.
Larry Swift drove his new Chevelle to a win in the Street opener. Megan Blood, so dominant last year in this division was down on power.
The Freeport SuperStox opener was a shocker, and not just because Larry Swift notched his lowest finish in two years, coming in third. Steve Smith drove his Studebaker at a blistering pace, followed closely by Gawain Smith who put up a big 25 laps on lane 1. This will be interesting. The SuperStox have never been this fast before.
