Charlestown, NH - Smith Scale Speedway Race Results 05/18

Great wrap up to segment 1 of the 2014 season. We had 4 races, and 4 winners. A guy who raced at our old track back in 1998 came to race. He was a teenager back then. This race, he brought his 6 year old to race because he wanted his son to race slot cars, just like he did. It was a pretty special feeling knowing that a kid we used to race with was still thinking of us 16 years later, and thought slot cars a worthwhile activity.

Our next race is on June 4th. On that day, the next set of divisions begin. We'll be racing trucks, Indy Roadsters, Modifieds, and street cars.
