Put me down for eight sets of wheels and inserts. Between me and my pops we have six of those models and know where a few more are. And PG's tires too. Sure would like to do a proxy.

The tires gonna 'big-n-littles" like the original car/model? I don't remember, are the wheels the same diamater though? My dad is helping me with some sprints and then we are tackling eight of these.

Chicagoland Slot Raceway started a proxy with lexan bodied cars. They did a couple tracks around here and are now
in Germany for a couple rounds in Europe. Then to California for a round there. I actually started all this by bringing
a couple of my resin bodied cars to the track. There was far more interest than I had anticipated. The guys decided
they wanted lexan bodies, so I made a mold and Mike Swiss had them pulled. From there it all snowballed when racers
from all over saw the pictures of our cars on another site, and the proxy races evolved.

It's been awhile since I look at the kit but don't the rear wheels measure out to 18" or 19", about 0.75 scale? The fronts were a bit smaller though if memory is correct.

I'd like at least two of the 63's and since I have the older KK in kit form, I'd want the inserts for 4 of them. My dad will be wanting a few 63's but he wants to see mine first :roll:

Wow, these are really kewl David! I can see the driver figure now… one arm slightly adjusted with proper body english and a good grip on the ginormous steering wheel!
