Ok, who routed in my general direction? :)
Wish I could have today, but Mother Nature decided not to allow it. I was lucky to get the MDF home right before the rain. It was one of those days where it would sprinkle and quit..so all I could do was draw it out.
Which is fine as maybe this will help some that are getting started.
I had the MDF cut at 63 inches (5 foot, 3 inches). That is the width the existing track table allows. And odd size, but no matter really. You would measure out and determine your radius & diameter based on your size.

I allowed a 3/8" cushion around the outer edge. This determines where the slot for wall will be cut.

This shot of the old track shows the wall. I use a vinyl screen cap found at Lowe's that is very close to 1/8" thick and it pops into the slot. Very strong mounting system.
If you don't want or need a wall slot, then just skip and ignore this :)

If it is your first time at doing this, try this cheap trick. Use the free yardsticks from the lumber yards as a mock up radius gauge. Measure and drill your holes based on the lane spacing you want to use. Test it using a pencil. If it's good to go, you can lay the yardstick over your plexiglass strip, mark and drill the holes.

It all looks good to me, so we can get started routing tomorrow. The weather looks like it will cooperate.
