This is a neat car to make. Just shows the wide variety of cars that can be built for the ovals.
Great job so far. And yeah, stealing the firewall idea.

The stance is looking right on -
I think that '"Mickey Mouse 11" would be a really good livery that would evoke the period. That would make for an outstanding 'vintage toy'.

Bob - Those pie crusts look perfect on there! Are those the same ones I have for my sling shot - or did you find another source as well?

Todd, those are the same ones. I used your link and got me a couple of sets. I intended to use them on my cartrix f1 cars, but they are way to cool for that!, They are great for the old Jalopy's, and have a super nice compound. great traction from them.
Thanks for the kind words, I didnt mean to Hijack Daves thread with that car, just to show the tires. That body is an original 60's Aurora model kit (unopened) will make a great mold!
