"Masterpiece". Well dang. Thanks for the compliments, everyone. I picked the old dirt track theme because it would let me attempt a nice level of realism without getting too big or complicated. My modeling repertoire doesn't include cliff faces, lakes or villages, but I'm pretty good at making a handful of dirt look like dirt. Plus, a light pole that's a little crooked... well, that just adds to the charm, right? Sometimes I think I should have made the track a flat-8 so I could have some demo-style trailer racing, packing a little more action into the same space. Maybe there'll be a Leadfoot v2 someday.
I'm not real deep into the hobby and don't post very often, but I'm a hard-core lurker and always enjoy checking in to see what y'all are creating in tracks and cars. Some of your rides make a guy want to climb in for a few hot laps. -Brian
