Just got to spend the afternoon with Dave "Strangebrew" and his unbelievable collection of cars that he builds, all I can say is wow!
What a great guy with more knowledge than I can comprehend and a skill that is second to none.
As I told Dave, anyone that is the area or close are welcome anytime to run some laps, it was really cool to meet someone that is in this hobby other than my immediate friends :D

That's a great way to mount the monitors. Looks like every one was oval racing this weekend.

Thanks for the compliments, means a lot from this crowd!
The track is still under construction and will keep posting some pics as the red/green/yellow lights get finished, the infield and the new computer and Trakmate usb interface get installed.
The track and all of its supports are on uni-strut, it can be bought in deep or shallow and has a million brackets, mounting accessories etc to make it very modular and adjustable.
I can change the banking on any part of the track in minutes and add sections very easily, perhaps if you wanted to add 4/6/8' feet to the course or a road course section you can remove the center sections and do whatever you can create.
Thanks again Dave for coming over today, everyone had a great time!
