The weather was too cold to work in the basement, so I started a project that I could do inside the house. I made a silicon mold of a 1/32 scale '49 Mercury. I cast several bodies; now I need to start on the chassis.

Thanks, the '49 has always been my favorite in 1/24 scale. Now I finally have some in 1/32.

Sweet looking! These will be great for 'riding the rail' type racing! I see flames painted on mine!

One of those would make a great Beachracer for the proxy.

Nice work! I can see one slammed down with radiused wheel wells, trimmed down bumpers, circle track numbers and sponsors, with wide rubber all around. Probably make a good drag body, too! Very cool... Enjoy! -- Ernie :>)

Some of these were made years ago and that is what we did.



Bensenville Bomber style :) Used Artin chassis at that time.

Although this is the Hudson, the new concept would be a cool approach.
