I haven't seen more enthusiasm for a new division. These cars are a lot of fun. The wings actually do affect handling. They come assembled and drop right onto a Womp size chassis.

Looks like fun!
:handgestures-thumbup:
(not sure I would want to stick my arms across the track to marshal those "at speed" though... :o )

Scale... no idea. They go on a Womp sized chassis - 3 inch wheelbase, 2.5" wide. Some people cut the right side pan off and add bars. No risk on marshalling, we don't do that. We throw a caution (big yellow light and everything) for all wrecks. Wrecked cars restart ahead of the lap counter.

It definitely makes you think about whether a risky move is worth it coming out of turn 4. If you wreck, you lose most of a lap on the restart. I was skeptical initially about this method, but after 6 years of doing it, we like it. It isn't for everyone. Another thing we like about it is that if we only have 6 racers for a race, no one has to sit out to marshal. Everyone races.
These super mods are a lot of fun. We are finding that even on our small flat track, adjusting the wings has an effect on handling.

March 20th, eh? Might have to come over and check these babies out.
Can a Scion xB make it up your driveway? We might find out...

Should be no problem. No snow this year.

On our big banked oval these 3"×3" winged sprints are really affected by the wing with some time to much down force in the turns causing wleel hopping. ....take the wing off and it starts fish tailing.....

Looking forward to running these! Those look great! Just bought a couple myself. Almost ready to do a couple test runs on my new track. Too bad I don't live a little closer to you guys. It would be a heck of a trip to come race with ya!
