I want to welcome my Nephew Fatscott08 to the board! He is in Oklahoma, and will be taking possession of the old Crossroads speedway!, Scott has a long family history of dirt track racing and building 1:1 race cars, so he is a natural here at ORW. He layed down some pretty impressive lap times here on his last visit, and has a ton of interest and enthusiasm. So I hope we can all share some of our slot car knowledge with him now that he has got onboard.

Thanks for the welcome!!! Uncle Bob got me hooked while I was out in Georgia and can't wait to get setup. First build I wanna do is a IMCA modified. All the modifieds ive found so far have the east coast look. The driver is in the center of the car. I have some pretty good ideas that I'm ready to start on and share.

Welcome .....hold on tight ...it's a heck of a ride and a blast.Uncle Bob is a great guy and fantastic builder...My only advice to you is be careful if you ever go hunting....he has this goofy ritual for you before you get in the truck....sorry Bob...you can explain ...
