These are great - what a cool looking field!
Is this the work of one builder or a group of racers?
I wonder what kind of chassis they are based on - all of the cars have lots of scratch built details, rub rails, bumpers etc - nice scale appearing tires - and scale appearing bodies...
I really like the Vintage Modifieds - Thanks for posting these.

Not a spec chassis.
Most are on modified H&R. All are different from what I am told.

These are our modified class that is run every other Saturday at Bullitt Speedway. They are all done on stock H&R chassis only modification done to the chassis is a little of the side pan needs to be taken off so the body can be mounted and have room to float on the chassis. There is a little weight put in the car but not much more than you need. The cars are dream to drive they run on a 155 foot blue king we run a M/T 5 motor geared at 10/26. We run these with a breakout time of 9.25 seconds. Hillbilly

These guys do amazing stuff with 1:24 hardbodies. A lot of them have done 1:24 drag racing, and the work they put into their cars is top-notch. :)
Now who is putting Genesee Beer ads on their car? Genesee is brewed in my home town, can't even get it around here (not that you'd want to -- trust me).

It is a dirty sin to run those on a road course!!! Bring them to my house and run on the oval.

I pick up a cube of Genny Cream Ale pretty regularly, I think it's pretty tasty!
