Bolton's Speed Shop latest builds

Postby BRP32 » Fri Apr 11, 2014 7:06 pm

Some of my latest builds from Bolton's Speed Shop.

Some are finished and some are still in process of being finished.

All are 1/32 model kits on slot chassis.

The yellow '78 Camaro is sitting on a scaley T/A chassis.

The other 4 cars are all sitting on Artin stock car chassis.

These have been a fun build of Saturday Night bomber series!

Enjoy!

Thank you!

I enjoy scratch building when I have the time.

Here is some pics of my 4 lane track Bolton Raceway Park.

It is a scalextric sport 4' x 12' 4 laner.

The club I race with and I have a blast running vintage stockers on it.

It is total chaos with 4 cars running at once!

Wayne,

It sure does look like the only thing y'all got left is to race those cars!

Sounds like fun.

Great use of the space you have, compact and not crowded. We're on the same page with car choice. Nice!

Thanks guys!

Anytime any of you want to come on over and race give me a shout!

My track is always open for some good fender rubbing!!!!

Yeah the track is only 4'x12' but it is definitely action packed in a compact space.

Plenty of excitement when you get 4 cars running at one time!

Last time I had the club over we were all hooting and laughing from having so much chaotic fun!!!!

Great pictures of "the fleet"!!

Tell me about #30 and #14, still new enough that I am learning all the time, is the #14 a resin build?

Don't remember seeing #30 anywhere before either.

Thanks!!

Love the vintage stockers and the newer '78 Camaro!
The track looks like a fun layout with a nice variety to it - Very cool!

Thanks guys!

We have a great time racing these old clunkers!

Denny,

The #14 is an old revell '56 Buick kit I got off someone in a junk parts lot awhile back.

Image

The #30 is a stock Carrera charger from a year or so back that came out.

Your new corvair build should be cool!
