Looks like a Big Donkey resin on a Sprints Plus chassis - it is one of the great hobby/builder values out there. All the fun of vintage racing with modern and expendable parts - perfect for competitive racing!

These midgets were popular when old, and they (modern recreations of the Monogram Hot Shot) are still great toys to race fifty years later!

Looks like you have the good decals on that one, and more-to-scale sized tires - cool car.
