I was given a huge box of Artin track but the only curves it has are the size where 3 of them assemble in to a half circle that is 18" from center to center. I want to do a 4 lane oval, what is the size and name of the corners that I need that will go outside these smaller curves that I already have? Any good sources for them? Thanks much!

Those are "R2" corners. You will need "R3".
Ask in for sale section or check ebay.

Are you sure they are the r2's? They measure 18" from center to center. Someone has now told me that I actually have R1's, and what I need is R2's. Thanks much for you input & time.

Ok, half circle as in one end of an oval. My mistake. Simply read that wrong. Yes you have R1's then. My apologies.

You will also probably want to look for borders. Artin track is pretty good, but it is a bit less magnetic than Scaley and some of the others. You will need the extra fishtailing space that a border provides.
Artin track is cool if you can find the bits and pieces you need. There are R1 and R2 lots appearing regularly on the bay right now, as well as 4 lane oval sets on a regular basis.
Good Luck and have fun with your new track,
Dave
