Rochester Speedrome

I am starting my first track. It will be a semi-permanent oval made out of Carrera plastic track. It will be a 6x3 foot to startand eventually i am hoping to replace it with a bigger routed oval.

Cool! Good to hear there is another racer in the Rochester area. My former Rochester track is now in Geneva. I have a friend in gates who had a nice Carrera Oval set up until recently when he needed to use the space for business needs, so I know the Carrera track works really well. As a kid and adult I raced for decades at the Pro oval in Syracuse at the old Miniature Grand Prix of Westvale.

Question... Where do you get those long "pick up" sticks ? Mine are only about 32 inches long !
