Have you guys seen the silly eBay prices being asked for Carrera D132 stock cars???

Wow... I've got two of these, and another that I'm chopping up!!

Then there's the #30 Charger. A while back I bought a couple, one was going to donate its chassis to a custom build. Look at what is being asked for them now!

If there's this much demand for stock cars... hopefully Carrera will step up and fill the pipelines with more stockers!

That is pretty ridiculous ,but I have been hunting one of those 57's for months! Just wont pay e-bay prices.

I tell ya, I have both of those and I won't sell because the market is stupid. The only way we can keep the slot car hobby alive is to keep the "collector" twits from running the prices up.

Agreed: I'm not going to be guilty of driving the prices up by PAYING such silly prices. I'll wait: I'm confident Carrera will be bringing us some more '57 Chevy stockers eventually.

LEB Hobbies: Yes, I saw their good prices on several items. I am probably going to pick up the #58 '69 Charger from them. (Possibly a couple.) I'm sort of waiting for my MT Resins Chevelle body to arrive so I can see what Carrera stocker D132 chassis fits it the best. Hopefully it won't be the '57 Chevy chassis!!!

As said, hopefully, Carrera will bring us some more stockers in (all models).

Well - you can "ask" anything you want for an item... Now whether it sells or not - that is another story. ;)

But yeah - I would definitely like to see some more tri-5 era stockers and/or street cars! :D
