Similar build to the last one.. same power plant.
Differences were:
-front axle mounted 3/32 axle spacers instead of brass tube
-notched motor mount to use screws instead of solder to attach motor
-CBD 14x12 F1 wheels and PGT 22166 tires
Here's some pictures..

On the #5 Greg Sacks car next~

Even though dirt modifieds are my preferred way of inhaling large amounts of exhaust fumes, I've been to plenty of races with these cars and they are incredibly quick and agile. The shows they put on at weekly tracks, tour dates, and New Hampshire and Bristol are among the best. And your builds are beautiful.
I'd cast a vote for replicas of a Ted Christopher mod, and one of Ray Evernham's immaculate mods from Wall Stadium in New Jersey before he went on to be Jeff Gordon's crew chief for several NASCAR championships.

Florid_Slotter: Actually it is sort of the other way around.
We mostly run the 1/24 Modifieds - the 1/32 stuff is really a new offshoot that some of the racers are starting to run. So the drawn 'nymodifieds.com' bodies were initially done in the big size and then were downsized onto the shorter 1/32 Womp chassis.
So, any of the bodies I do are available in the 1/24 size as well - based on the 4 inch FCR cut down chassis.
I think I sent you a multi-page list of bodies - so all of those can be 1/24 or 1/32 - whatever you need.
BTW - Big Donkey makes really cool stuff - lots of good modified subjects!
I have to put a 'nymodifieds' page up so folks can take a look at some of the stuff...
turbokev: Where can I get that 1/32 driver bust? These mods are looking good - and they are tough enough to turn laps in anger - should be a lot of fun...

Vintage 1/24,
Our group uses 4.5 inch wheelbase as the standard.
I really love your work and want one, but I won't be able to race it. Perhaps we can open up the rules just a bit for next season.
Thanks for the photos you sent along. Your work is outstanding. I wish I had your artistic ability.

Carl 72,
Well how about you jumping back in then?
I'm the new kid on the street and I just follow the rules.
