OK.. I have been giving away AMT slot car kits to anybody who wants to Race..easy deal build it and Race.. I threw this one together in an 1 hour plus and its ready to destroy ( I know it sucks as a build )..Just toss the guide and the pinion gear out and it doesn't run too bad... So Come on Over, I have a kit for you and join the fun..

What is great the cars are going out to Slot car guys, Hotrodders and people who never raced before.. yes it will be crazy..

That is AWESOME! I hope it generates a healthy group of racers for you!
(If I wasn't on the opposite side of the state, I would have to throw together one of my kits to come "play" too!) :D

I'm in Louisville so not far away. My grandson brought up the idea of a slot car road trip just last night. I like his thinking. I got a bunch of those kits too and some others that may be fun on the oval.

Nice deal! That post freaked me out, 'cause I grew up (and still live) about 20 minutes from Freeport Speedway (where it used to be, anyway).
The best oval track we ever had here on Long Island, in my opinion. Lots of good time Saturday nights at that place (w/$1.00 cold adult beverages!).
Spent my Sundays drag racing at NY National Speedway in Center Moriches (that's gone, too).
I like the big logo poster on the wall along your back straight. I've got a grey T-Shirt to match it, too! Very cool... Enjoy! -- Ernie
