Dave, how does the Hawk compare to the M/T 5 ......
The Piranha , in the sportsmans we just built, is a nice motor for my little bullring oval.....
My sprints all have the old 16D parma motors I have to run at 6 volts and they work pretty well, but I want to try something different....

They are very close in performance. Hawk has a touch more RPM, but the 5 has a touch more torque. On our oval that extra punch out of the corners keeps things pretty close.
That torque is why I switched to the MT5 for my 1/25 models. It moves the bigger cars just a little better to me.

Outstanding Bar work Dave! I love that rear bumper! and those body mounts are a great idea. I need to get off my butt and finish my Mod, its been just sitting since the low chassis incident.
Love to see these cars come together.

Great build Dave, but I hope it didn't stop you from shipping the P-BOP cars to Bob, eh?

Cool color choice Dave! I sure like the bar work on that one, it really stands out with paint on it!
