Good review Harry, nice to see this one brought back again.

That "effect" was done prior to me working for Carrera.

This issue of stance comes up because of a period of time a few years ago... a period where Carrera made a number of cars that weren't appealing to slotters and it turned a lot of them off to Carrera's cars. I promise that if it's within my power to effect the design of a slot car (and honestly my opinion is the lowest on the food chain... take this with a pinch of salt) there will be no jacked up cars, no bling wheels (cars with spinners) on Carrera cars if i can help it.

Atta boy, Dave. You've said it (above), before, and I've said "Atta boy" before, but its worth saying again. We admire your good taste in cars!

That chassis has lots of potential, too. The old one gave me fits trying to lower the body and center of gravity. I'm already making plans for what I'm going to do to this one. I may have to have two. Hmmm. Wouldn't that make a sharp roadster/racer? Lee and I did a couple of them back some time ago, using the old Carreras, and they came out great. Lee's better than mine, of course.

Yes Rob, I jumped in on that with you guys, along with HRW Jim remember?

Oh yeah! Lee and I talked about it for a while- other things got in the way, but it really got going when others joined in. I completely forgot.

The driver head swap helped a bunch all by itself. the rest is just cool as ice!
