Depends on your taste for speed sir. For our own class here, I will dropping in a MINNOW for a milder action. Otherwise it's a pretty quick outfit. The standard slimline gives about 27K give or take a few.

Mine arrived from Slot Car Corner yesterday, man it's slick! I'm also fond of the number 31 on it. :) That's the number I've run in most proxies when I can.

For the short term, I'm just going pull the mag and true the existing rubber.
I have a friend who is getting into 1/32 cars and I''m trying to keep a group as stock as I can so he doesn't go broke on day one. :)
Probably will slowly get him into urethane tires. I'll be curious to see how this one runs non-mag.

Todd we should have warned you. I've never seen it fail. A new slot box means buying new cars to put in it, new tools and lubes, maybe a matching bowling shirt, hat, controller... it goes on and on.
