Busted out the Martini Porsche last night, and ran it on Mark's Carrera track. Nice car, very fun to drive. I've always liked the ProShock suspension, even though the design is mechanically stupid. When a car leans in the corners, it changes the relationship between the pinion and crown gear. It's not a setup for ultimate speed, for sure, but it is a fun setup to drive. It's a fun car to sling around. :) My copy of the car doesn't seem to have the same paint issues, so I might have gotten lucky, or GN might have gotten unlucky.

Thanks guys. I really enjoyed working on this one. It was hard to stop running the car to take the photos, and I found myself smiling while running it. I only wish that Ninco shipped it with the NC-9 so that everyone could share the same driving experience that I had.

Not really a Porsche fan. But I NEED a Stratos. And it must have a running companion. Trouble is I can't hand a car that unstoppable over to His Lordship. That wouldn't be right.

Actually the Porsches have been removed from the lists for OzRally proxy series when running classic rally cars as they are just too dominant with all that rear track width.

So.... Is there a better pairing available for the Stratos?

Sure, Ninco's new Lancia 037 should be a good match!
